Buns custard.
1 cup flour, 1 cup of water, 100 g butter or margarine, 4 - 5 eggs, 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar, and salt. For the cream: 4 eggs, 1 cup sugar, 3 tbsp. flour, 3 cups of milk, 100 grams of butter, vanilla.
Water to bring to a boil, add butter or margarine, a little salt. When the fat is dissolved, add flour, stirring all the time, and boil for 2 - 3 minutes. The dough is cooled to 60 ° C, gradually add raw eggs and mix well but do not beat. Then a teaspoon of dough and recruit brewing spread on oiled floured baking sheet (it should be borne in mind that when baking muffins strongly increased in volume). Bake at 200-220 ° C. Then turn off oven, open it and give the buns a little lie down in it, gradually cooling down.
Each bun cut lengthwise, fill with custard, put on a platter and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
